Addison was fitted in a new hip brace right before Christmas. I really hated the brace at first because it is very difficult to hold her comfortably. It is molded fiberglass, lined with foam. It is not terribly uncomfortable for her, but it is very rigid on the outside for me. After almost a month, I am finally getting used to it. As I choose to look for the positive in every situation that we face, I am very happy that Addison could begin wearing some pants with this brace. The brace is worn over clothes, which allows us more clothing options.
